DIY Envelope Clutch

Hello All!

Have you ever had a project in your head that you just had to get out? Well today’s tutorial is that project for me! I’ve been wanting to do a tutorial on a envelop clutch for some time now and it is finally here! I love this clutch because it can be made from a variety of fabrics including leather, cork, denim, and cotton cloth. You can get very creative with the designs that you choose.   • 2 fat quarters
    • 1 for main fabric
    • 1 for lining fabric
  • ¼ yard of fusible fleece
  • ¼ yard of woven interfacing
  • Scissors (Paper & Fabric)
  • Pattern paper
  • Ruler
  • Pencil
  • Marking pen or chalk roller
  • Pins or clips
  • Coordinating thread
  • Snaps and snap pliers
  • Pattern weights
  • Sewing machine
  • Iron and ironing board
  • 1-inch swivel clasp (optional)
  • 1-inch D ring (optional)

**Seam allowance 3/8 inch**
